Mindfulness Retreats and Weekly Group Meetings

These are designed to help you improve your awareness and your emotional wellbeing. 

Mindfulness work includes:

  • Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices, including mindful movements
  • Looking at ways to deal and cope better with anxiety and stress
  • Improved awareness of your senses 
  • Group exchange
  • Breathing exercises you can do at home 

We all have times in our lives when we experience difficulty, stress and struggle.  For some of us this is our daily experience. Developing a greater awareness can open us up to be able to change how we approach our life experiences and by taking more pleasure in the good things and dealing more effectively with the bad.

Our habits and reflex reactions to events often add layers of difficulty for us, on top of the original problem.

The aim of my work is to help you unwind, feel relaxed and manage challenges in your life, as well as improving your mental and physical health.  Most importantly to enjoy the whole experience of Mindfulness and recognise the benefits.

Weekly group meetings have ended for this year.  New dates for 2019 will be posted soon.
