I hold a professional qualification in Coaching and Mentoring.

Coaching is all about you and what you would like to achieve in your life, by helping you recognise your own strengths and flaws. The focus is on positive change and finding the best path for you to take.

It starts with clarifying where you are now, where you would like to be and the obstacles that seem to be in the way. The next step is to put a practical plan together of how you are actually going to get there. There are so many aspects to consider in our increasingly busy lives, it is understandable that there will be times we may feel stuck and need some direction.

Having a busy life and trying to balance your career, family, friends, hobbies and other areas of your life can impact our emotional, physical and psychological health.

By supporting you to uncover your thoughts and feelings and really explore the different possibilities available will help you identify what is important to you, your goals, aims and decide how to reach them.  It can support you in gaining confidence.

I also run Team Building training courses that can be organised for a full day or half a day.            These training days assist teams in the following areas:
